We arrived at the hotel early in the morning, hoping for an early check-in. The staff was attentive and accommodating, great to wait comfortably in the lobby until our room was ready. We were pleased with their understanding and flexibility.

We had a romantic escape and were excited to explore a new place. the hotel location was great, and we were impressed with its proximity to key attractions. We also enjoyed the comfortable and spacious room with a beautiful view of the city. We appreciated the ample supply of hot water in the shower.
Several issues. the hotel did not deliver on the early check-in request that was approved.

The hotel's location was great and easily accessible from many tourist attractions. They also had a friendly staff who greeted us with a smile.
The rooms were quite dirty and not well-maintained. The bed sheets were torn and the towels were insufficient and dirty too.

The best aspects were the location near the Golden Temple, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the helpfulness of the staff. We were also glad that the hotel had parking available.

Located close to the Golden Temple, this area offers a lot of touristic and religious attractions. Guests can easily access various street-food options, and there are many shops and bazaars nearby. the rooms have decent space. Although some guests have mentioned hot water running out, the bathrooms are mostly clean and hygienic.
The hotel has many disappointments , like improper management, shabby maintenance, impolite staff.
